Chai Latte Protein Balls. Heavenly snack for all chai latte lovers!

Yes. You've heard that right! If you're a chai latte person like myself, you will absolutely LOVE these Chai Latte Protein Balls. They're high protein, gluten free & vegan! Not only that, they're also super fudgy and soft & in combination with the crunchy white chocolate on the top, it creates the most delicious combo, that literally melts on your tongue.

The Ingredients You'll Need:

(Makes approximately 10 balls)


  • 45g blended gluten free oats (oat flour)

  • 25g vanilla vegan protein of choice

  • 10g chai latte mix (I like to use this one)

  • pinch of salt

  • 35g smooth almond butter

  • 8tbsp soya milk

  • 20g organic maple syrup


    + 40g vegan white chocolate combined with 1 tsp of coconut oil

    & mini sugar gingerbreads for decoration (not necessary)


The Procedure:

Step 1. Prepare a medium mixing bowl and combine measured: oat flour, vegan protein powder, chai latte mix, salt and mix properly.


Step 2. Add in measured milk, almond butter and maple syrup. Combine into a thick dough-like consistency.


Step 3. Form a similar sized small balls from the dough.


Step 4. Melt your white chocolate with coconut oil in a small pot ((I like to do this in the microwawe (1 minute) )).


Step 5. Dip each ball in the chocolate, place on a plate lined with baking paper and place for at least 10 minutes into the fridge to set.
