Hi, I’m Kristýna — the person behind Naturally Kris, a space where I share my love for wholesome, feel-good food that actually tastes amazing.

Based in the Czech Republic, my passion for cooking and baking started early. I grew up watching my mum and grandma prepare meals from scratch every day, and that sense of care and creativity around food has stuck with me ever since. It’s always felt natural to me — like home.

At Naturally Kris, I focus on healthy, high-protein, and gut-friendly recipes that don’t sacrifice flavor. Whether it’s a nourishing breakfast or a protein-packed sweet treat, my goal is to make healthier options feel effortless and exciting — even for beginners. I truly believe that food is a form of medicine, and that simple, nourishing ingredients can make a big impact on how we feel.

I’m completely self-taught — no formal background in cooking or photography, just a genuine love for experimenting in the kitchen and sharing what works. My recipes are quick, approachable, and always made with joy (and often a sweet tooth in mind!).

Oh, and one more thing: I’m a cat lover through and through. 🐾
