The ingredients you will need:
90g frozen banana
120g frozen blueberries
100g ice cubes
1 scoop of Fitmingo vanilla protein (Linked here. D/C: FITMINGOKRIS)
100ml soy milk
1 tsp chia seeds
+Plant based yogurt for decorating, crushed cookies of choice & whipped cream
The Procedure:
Step 1. Simply add all ingredients into a high speed blender, I like to use Nutribullet one & blend until extra smooth.
Step 2. Serve in a yogurt swirled glass with some crushed cookies added into the bottom.
Step 3. Top with plant based or regular whipped cream and enjoy!
