Calling all juicing lovers, because this homemade spicy pear & cinnamon juice is an absolute must make! It's cozy, flavourful and so comforting. The biggest beauty of this juice is that it can be served either hot or cold. For this season, I love it hot with extra cinnamon on the top.

Home juicing is perfect for making sure you don't waste any fruits of vegetables in your house. I love combining the two for giving my body extra nutrients and vitamins. Plus if you shop seasonal fruits and vegetables, homemade juices are so much cheaper and can be healthier than any store bought ones, mainly because you know exactly what ingredients you are using and what quality they are.
What will you need to make Spicy Pear & Cinnamon Juice?
4 pears
3 apples
10cm of fresh ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Juicing with a juicer:
Step 1. Make sure you wash all your fruits properly before any juicing. According to your juicer, either cut every fruit into a similar sized smaller pieces or simply leave the whole fruit. Depending on if your juicer can manage it.
Step 2. Juice all the fruits, then add cinnamon. Eventually you can delute it with some filtered water if you prefer it.
Juicing without a juicer:
Step 1. Making a homemade juice without a juicer is much easier, than you think. All you need is a blender or at least a hand mixer and a clean stocking.
Step 2. Start with washing your fruits properly, cut into a smaller similar sized pieces and blend into a smooth mixture. If I am using a blender for homemade juice, I like to add a cup of filtered water in the blender, so it's easier to blend and also squeeze out all of the liquid.
Step 3. Once blended, prepare a big mixing bowl and a clean stocking. Transfer the mixture into the stocking and press out all of the liquid into the bowl.
Enjoy!
