Ingredients You'll Need:
Makes approximately 8 apple pastries
• 2 big apples (washed)
• 1 rolled flaky pastry (vegan or regular one if you prefer)
• 20g cinnamon sugar
The Procedure:
Step 1. Slice apple in approximately 3cm thin slices, remove the centre.
Step 1. Slice rolled flaky pastry in similar sized approximately 1-2 cm thin slices.
Step 3. Prepare a plate or a bowl, add in cinnamon sugar, coat each apple slice in it and then roll the flaky pastry around the apple.
Step 4. Sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake on 170 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
