The ingredients You'll Need:
90g of old fashioned oats
100ml of soya milk
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (discount code: FITMINGOKRIS)
70g of fresh/frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds
1 teaspoon of baking powder
A pinch of salt

The Procedure :
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray or line with baking paper.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, flax seeds, baking powder, and salt.
Step 3: Add in the mashed banana, soya milk, maple syrup and mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
Step 4: Gently add in the fresh blueberries.
Step 5: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Step 7: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing into squares.
Step 8: Serve warm topped with yogurt of choice, some extra fresh blueberries and almond flakes.
